We will gladly offer a refund or exchange within 30 days from the shipping confirmation date. The initial shipping charge is non-refundable.
For these actions to take place the merchandise has to:
*Be in the same condition as when purchased. Free of odor and stains, including but not limited to
make up/deodorant stains.
*For swimwear the hygiene liner needs to be attached to the garment.
*The Clozz Store will not cover the shipping fees for any garmet being returned.
*Contact us through out email if your item is wrong
*In cases of exchange The Clozz Store will not cover the initial fee for the return of the unwanted merchandise nor the fee generated when the new merchandise is shipped.
